We require a deposit of two nights stay.The balance is due on arrival.

(2) What are the methods of payment.
We accept Visa, Mastercard or bank certified checks.

(3) Is it a short walk to the beach?
The beach though close is a twenty-minute walk downhill, by vehicle a mere two/three minutes.

(5)Are there any restaurants or shops within walking distance?
There are Rum Shops in nearby Mile & Quarter and local grocery shops, there are also fabulous restaurants and local bars in Speightstown, a seven-minute drive.

(6) Can I see the ocean from the house?
Oh Yes! you will also enjoy spectaular sunsets from the balcony, patio or pool.

(7) How deep is your pool?
The pool is three feet, five feet and eight feet at the deep end. You will enjoy sitting in the pool on the built in bench with soothing massage jets at your back.

(8) What are your services?
Airport pickup/dropoff, Car rental, Cook on request, masseuse on request, maid service, baby-sitting, grocery shopping for you prior to your arrival.

(9) Your house looks beautiful, why are your rates so low?
CoolHill House is family owned and operated, with no property management fees this adds up to great savings which are passed on to guests of CoolHill House. Our rates reflect these savings not the standard of the accommodations.
